Deposit and Shipping Terms PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED UP TO 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PUPPY BEING SHIPPED OR PICKED UP Please show ID number of Puppy on any of the following payment methods All Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks Are To Be Made Out to David L Wallace Or Donna Wallace and Mailed to Wee Expressions Poodles and Pomeranians 11107 West State Road 18 Pennville, Indiana 47369-9507 Deposits & Terms Below are the Deposit and Terms of puppies & adults. We require a deposit of $200.00 non-refundable as a deposit to reserve the puppy. Wee Expressions will furnish you with the puppy of your choice, The Customer understands when making the any deposit for a future puppy and/or the deposit is for a certain color or sex or both prior to Wee Expressions having such a Puppy for which the deposit is made may take longer than a year for Wee Expressions to supply the puppy. The Deposit will be deducted from the selling price at the time of the puppies birth. Wee Expressions will notify you when the requested puppy is born and balance of payment will be due when puppy is 6 weeks old. If the puppy is refused for any reason before/or after puppy being offered the deposit and any other payment is forfeited. The Customer can at any time prior to puppy being born accept another Available Puppy instead of the puppy the deposit was made for and the deposit will be used for the available puppy. If after you have made your choice of the new puppy and then after the puppy is 3 weeks old you change your mind if that puppy is still available and want one of the other available puppies the price will be $ 100.00 extra for the newly chosen puppy. Deposits are Non-Refundable if for any reason
A puppy that is reserved for on the Telephone or via E-Mail will be held for 7 days awaiting your Deposit. The Balance including shipping charge that is due at 7 weeks old. If balance is not paid including shipping charge when puppy is 7 weeks old then the puppy will become available for resale unless other arranges have been made, NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSIT OR MONEY PAID IF CANCELED BY BUYER OR FOR FAILURE TO PAY BALANCE AT THE AGREED TO DATE PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED UP TO 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PUPPY BEING SHIPPED OR PICKED UP Deposit and Payments made BY PERSONAL CHECK ARE SUBJECT TO THE CHECK CLEARING YOUR BANK AND THE FUNDS DEPOSITED IN THE BANK ACCOUNT USED BY WEE EXPRESSIONS POODLES AND POMERANIANS FOR THIS PURPOSE .
